Digital sovereignty and cyberspace governance: data protection from infrastructure to a European perspective

Osservatorio N.A.M.A., an independent observatory on foreign policy and defence, is honoured to present the lecture “Digital sovereignty and cyberspace governance: data protection from infrastructure to a European perspective” in the context of the course on European and Comparative Data Law held by Professor Sirio Zolea at the University of Roma Tre. The lecture is held on Monday, April 13th, from 14:00 to 16:00.
The lecture will present technical and legislative insights on data protection, focusing on the role of Europe in comparison with global dynamics. After a comprehensive introduction by Giovanni Maria Biancofiore, expert in Computer Engineering, and Domenico Gabriele Nuzzolese, expert in Public and Constitutional Law, the lecture will open a space for debate and interaction with the audience.
